1. The Service
SeginuS AI (the "Service") is online software provided by SeginuS Software that uses AI to analyse social media data entered by users. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account secure. An account may be used by one person or organisation only.
3. Membership and payment
Paid features can only be purchased by signed-in members. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency via Cryptomus. Memberships are valid for the selected period (30 days by default) and do not renew automatically. Unused credits do not roll over.
4. Acceptable use
The Service may not be used to create or analyse unlawful, deceptive or hateful content, or content that infringes third-party rights. Automated overloading, reverse engineering and circumventing limits are prohibited.
5. AI output
Reports are generated by AI from the data you provide and are advisory in nature. No specific follower, reach or sales result is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
7. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
