1. Digital service

SeginuS AI memberships are digital services that become available immediately upon purchase.

2. Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if no more than 3 of the period's credits have been used. If a technical issue prevented you from using the Service, we will review it and offer a refund or an extension.

3. Crypto payments

Refunds are made in the cryptocurrency used for payment, based on its USD value on the payment date, to a wallet address you provide. Network fees may be deducted.

4. Underpaid or incorrect payments

Contact support for underpaid amounts; we will offer to complete or refund the payment.

5. Requests

Send your refund request with your order number to [email protected]. Requests are resolved within 5 business days.
